Monique’s Homestyle Cooking is committed to providing fresh, high-quality meals and outstanding catering services. While we strive to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions upon request, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Our kitchen prepares food using common allergens including, but not limited to, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
Clients are responsible for notifying us of any dietary needs or allergies at the time of booking. Monique’s Homestyle Cooking is not liable for any adverse reactions related to food consumption or exposure at catered events.
Once food is delivered or picked up, the client assumes full responsibility for proper storage and handling. We are not responsible for issues arising from mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
Payment is due in full before delivering or picking up orders. Orders will not be confirmed or placed on the catering schedule without 50% downpayment. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit.
Catering orders are subject to a delivery and set up fee for onsite services.
By placing an official order with a Monique’s Homestyle Cooking catering expert, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this disclaimer, including the payment policy.
